Justice Hill is an American football running back, serving the Ravens in the National Football League since his selection. Hill concluded his 2023 regular season, amassing 387 rushing yards with 3 touchdowns. Additionally, he recorded 28 receptions for 206 receiving yards and secured a receiving touchdown.

During his formative years, he developed an intense passion for the sport and began playing high school football at Booker T. Washington High School located in Tulsa. His performance throughout his high school years earned him a three-star rating, amassing over 3,300 yards, scoring 54 touchdowns and averaging 8.1 yards per carry.

After finishing high school, he chose to play college football at Oklahoma State University, declining offers from Houston and Louisville. Following the conclusion of his tenure at Oklahoma, he entered the 2019 NFL Draft. The Ravens selected him during the draft as the 113th overall pick in the fourth round. Subsequently, he signed a four-year rookie contract with the team valued at $3.26 million. Exclusively playing for the Ravens, he signed a two-year contract extension with the Ravens, worth $4.51 million in 2023.

Hill attended Oklahoma State University, where he played college football for the Oklahoma State Cowboys from 2016 to 2018.

In the 2016 season, Hill entered as a true freshman, serving as a backup and concluded the season with 1,142 rushing yards and 6 touchdowns in all 13 games. His outstanding performance earned him accolades, including Big 12 Newcomer of the Year and Freshman All-American honors. Additionally, he secured a place on the 2016 second-team All-Big 12.

During the 2017 season, he played in all 13 games and once again eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark, amassing 1,467 yards and 15 touchdowns. Additionally, he recorded 31 receptions for 190 receiving yards. He secured a spot on the 2017 first-team All-Big 12.

Following the 2018 season, he opted out of his remaining year of eligibility and announced his entry in the 2019 NFL draft. He concluded his final season at Oklahoma State, accumulating 930 rushing yards and nine touchdowns.
