Kevin O'Connell's professional career as a coach in the NFL began when he joined the Cleveland Browns as their quarterback's coach for the 2015 season. In 2016, O'Connel joined the San Francisco 49ers as their offensive head coach. As the years went by O'Connell only kept improving his coaching abilities and in 2020 he was hired by the Los Angeles Rams as an offensive coordinator. In his time with the Rams O'Connell won his first Super Bowl in 2022 as an offensive coordinator. After winning the Super Bowl with the Rams, O'Connell was hired by the Minnesota Vikings in 2022 as their head coach.
