Javi Martinez (L) and Pep Guardiola (R) the FC Bayern Munchen coach attend a training session ahead of their UEFA Super Cup final match against FC Bayern Muenchen at Stadion Eden on August 29, 2013 in Prague, Czech Republic.

Bayern Munich’s Javi Martinez was linked with a move to Real Madrid.

Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has shunned all the rumours about Javi Martinez‘s summer move to Real Madrid.

“As long as I’m Bayern coach, Javi Martínez will stay here,” revealed Guardiola.

Apparently, FIFA agent Francois Gallardo insisted last week while speaking to television programme, ‘Chiringito del los Jugones’ that the Spanish defensive midfielder wasn’t happy at Bayern Munih and was trying to force his way to Santiago Bernabeu.

“There is an international player who has told his club that he wants to play for Real Madrid,” Gallardo said. “He’s already been sounded out in the past by Real Madrid, and also Barcelona.”

“It’s Javi Martinez, and he’s hoping to play for Real Madrid.”

Bayern Munich had signed Martinez back in 2012 from Spanish side Atheltic Bilbao after paying the buyout clause of €40 million in his contract.
