Remember the Japanese fans at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil who cleaned up their section in each stadium? The ones who picked up any loose trash and bagged them?

Well, it looks like that attitude may have rubbed off on the people of Brazil too. The club in question is Atletico Paranaense.

After beating Vitoria 2-0 at their home stadium – Arena da Baixada – in Curitiba, which was also one of the venues that hosted the World Cup, many Atletico-PR fans stayed behind to pick up any loose trash lying around in the stands.

It is reported that the club themselves provided approximately 20,000 trash bags which were used by the fans.

Truly commendable!
