Sky Sports pundit Clinton Morrison has slammed Manchester United winger Antony after he appeared to taunt the Coventry City fans at Wembley Stadium following their narrow win in the FA Cup.

Manchester United were given a real scare as they barely edged past Championship outfit Coventry City in the FA Cup semi-finals on Sunday, April 21. Scott McTominay (23'), Harry Maguire (45+1'), and Bruno Fernandes (58') gave them a comfortable 3-0 lead before Coventry valiantly fought back, making it 3-3 in the dying seconds via Haji Wright's 95th-minute penalty.

The game went to extra time where Coventry were extremely unlucky not to complete the comeback. They struck the woodwork and had a goal narrowly ruled out for offside in the final minutes of the game, taking the contest to penalties.

Manchester United came out on top, winning 4-2, with Fernandes, Christian Eriksen, Diogo Dalot, and Rasmus Hojlund scoring. Andre Onana also pulled off a brilliant save in the shootout to help his side survive the Coventry onslaught.

After Hojlund scored the winning penalty, Antony was seen cupping his ears, taunting the Coventry fans. The clip can be viewed below:

Morrison was far from impressed as he said (via @MUFCScoop):

“He needs to worry about his own job instead of Coventry because some of his performances this season shows he could be playing in the Championship.”

Antony came on as a second-half substitute in the 66th minute, but he failed to make an impact. He landed zero shots on target from four attempts and lost five duels. The Brazilian has had a poor season to date, registering just two goals and two assists in 35 appearances across competitions.

Who was Manchester United's Player of the Match in their FA Cup S/F win against Coventry?

Manchester United booked their spot in the FA Cup finals in consecutive seasons under Erik ten Hag after defeating Coventry City on Sunday. Let's take a look at who their Player of the Match was:

As per FotMob, Bruno Fernandes was given the highest rating of any player on the field (9.3). The Portugal superstar scored a goal, provided an assist, created nine chances, and completed 85 passes from an attempted 100. He also made six recoveries and won six duels.

Manchester United will face Manchester City in the FA Cup finals in a rematch from last season at Wembley on May 25. The Cityzens won the final 2-1 last year after Ilkay Gundogan scored a crucial brace.
