Spain v Costa Rica - International Friendly
Ramos' favour and De Gea's sale

Hello and welcome to the Premier League transfer roundup for the day. Some big rumours have been churned out by the transfer churner, so without any further ado, let’s begin!

#5 Zaha not afraid

We will get to Zaha in a while as according to Sky Sport, Chelsea and Arsenal are tracking Atalanta’s Bryan Cristante after his impressive on loan from Benfica.

Meanwhile, Zaha was quoted saying that he isn’t afraid of making a big-money move following his failure with Manchester United.

"I moved away when I was 19, 20. Whatever happened before happened and I have grown mentally," Zaha told Sky Sports.

"So that won't scare me, if I get the opportunity to move away eventually, that will not scare me because of what happened in the past.”

#4 Fellaini wants a longer extension

Manchester United v Arsenal - Premier League
Mourinho's workhorse

Marouane Fellaini is a player that is highly rated by Jose Mourinho, which is why he is set to sign an extension in the summer. He, however, is getting only a yearlong extension and wants it to be stretched longer, say ESPN.

Meanwhile, The Scottish Sun claim that Pione Sisto of Celta Vigo is on the radar of Southampton. The Uganda-born has a £36 million release clause but Celta are apparently willing to sell him for half of that price.

#3 Jorginho’s agent speaks

SSC Napoli v Genoa CFC - Serie A
Jorginho cold be off this summer

Jorginho has done incredibly well this season and, as a result, is a subject of much interest from other clubs – recently incurring interest from the Premier League – at least that is what his agent claims.

“I'll talk with the club because Jorginho has another two years on his contract,” he was quoted by Daily Mail.

“But there are also several clubs interested in him, and we have to understand if Napoli want to move forward with their starters or not.”

#2 Sergio Ramos’ Liverpool favour

Real Madrid CF v Rayo Vallecano de Madrid - La Liga
Ramos does Liverpool a
favour

So, things are a little complex here. Sergio Ramos has apparently asked Florentino Perez to NOT sign Mo Salah since the Egyptian would become the second-highest paid player at the club, according to a report from Don Balon. Liverpool fans would be pleased to hear that.

Meanwhile, the Anfield outfit are interested in Chelsea’s left-sided player Kenedy, who has done exceedingly well since going on loan to Newcastle in January, with a plethora of clubs interested in acquiring his services, according to the Chronicle.

#1 Rumour of the day

Real Madrid v Athletic Club - La Liga
Asensio on United's radar

All these years, we have heard of rumours of Manchester United wanting to keep hold of David De Gea. Right now, however, the good people at Don Balon seem to have a new side to the story.

According to their report, Manchester United want Marco Asensio and have just made an offer worth £100 million for the Spaniard or include one of David De Gea or Paul Pogba for the former Mallorca boy, who would be willing to leave if more competition arrives in his position.
