Al-Nassr's request has reportedly been denied

According to @9NFCBALL, Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr have suffered a blow as their request to delay the kickoff of their upcoming clash against Al-Feiha because of Barcelona and Real Madrid has been rejected.

Al-Nassr have been on a great run of form in all competitions and face Al-Feiha in the Saudi Pro League away from home on Saturday, October 28 at 8:30 PM IST (6 PM in KSA).

As per the same source, Luis Castro's side allegedly sent a formal request to Al-Feiha to adjust the kickoff time to 9 PM Saudi time in order to avoid clashing with the El Clasico fixture between Barcelona and Real Madrid.

The La Liga titans are also set to face each other on Saturday, October 28 at 7:45 PM IST (5:15 PM in KSA). Millions of fans around the world will be tuning in to view the action live, which could hamper viewership between Al-Nassr and Al-Feiha - something the former's management wanted to avoid.

Despite the club's best attempts to maximize viewership in their Saudi Pro League clash, Al-Feiha have reportedly rejected the request. @9NFCBALL tweeted:

"Urgent - SSC: Al-Feiha rejected Al-Nassr's request to delay the start of the match until 9 o’clock so as not to conflict with the Barcelona and Real Madrid Clasico!"

Cristiano Ronaldo and Co. are the favorites going into the match. They are third in the league standings with 22 points from 10 games while Al-Feiha are eighth with 14 points.

Cristiano Ronaldo sends special message to Al-Nassr fans after Al-Duhail win

Luis Castro's men are now at the summit of Group E in the Champions League with nine points from three games. Cristiano Ronaldo tweeted:

"Special night in Riyadh - 3 wins out of 3 - and top of the group! #ACL Happy 68 years to @AlNassrFC_EN."

Cristiano Ronaldo has had a phenomenal start to the season, scoring 14 goals and registering seven assists in 13 appearances across all competitions.
