Rumour: Real Madrid ready to force Iker Casillas out in hopes to sign David De Gea

Iker Casillas might be on his way out of Real Madrid

Real Madrid’s star goalkeeper Iker Casillas may be out of the Real Madrid team next season as they are prepared to buy out his contract in the hope of sign Manchester United’s David De Gea. If reports from the Spanish newspaper La Sexta are to be believed, then there is a really good chance that De Gea will be seen in Madrid’s jersey next season.

De Gea has had a brilliant season this year has been selected to be part of the PFA team of the year, is most likely United’s player of the season this year. De Gea is valued in the range of £50 million but considering the amount of wealth possessed by Madrid, it could take place.

It is believed that Casillas is unhappy with the thought of being the second choice goalkeeper to De Gea, due to which he might move out if De Gea moves in.

The 33-year old previously said: "I wish and hope and long to achieve the highest number of titles, I hope to fulfil my contract and a commitment that is signed until the end.

"But I have to earn it and train myself for it, I will strive and I will fight for the position."

Arsenal who are looking for a world class striker to take the place of the unreliable pair of David Ospina and Wojciech Szczesny, are currently leading the race to sign the Spaniard.
