As the season goes into its final stages, all teams across Europe made sure that they stayed at a better league position. Manchester United won the English Premier League and are followed by Manchester City in 2nd place. Bayern Munich beat Barcelona in the semi-finals to almost ensure a place in the finals. Robin Van Persie’s hat-trick sent the fans crazy at Old Trafford.
