Michael Bisping believes Francis Ngannou should return to the UFC

Michael Bisping weighed in on Francis Ngannou's free agency as the former UFC heavyweight champion evaluates his options.

Bisping uploaded a video to his YouTube channel, where he spoke about the reports of 'The Predator' asking for too much money and pricing himself out of a potential deal with an MMA promotion or boxing promoter. He mentioned that he believes the former heavyweight champion's best option would be to return to the UFC rather than boxing, which would be a one-and-done type of deal.

"Who knows, maybe cooler heads could prevail and maybe they could comprimise a little bit and we might see Francis [Ngannou] back in the UFC. I truly believe that's his best fit...If he went to boxing, it would be one and done." [9:06 - 9:18]

The UFC Hall of Famer also spoke about 'The Predator's potential options in both boxing and MMA. Bisping mentioned that he's not going to get his reported asking price and that he should accept the best offer before it's too late, saying:

"He ain't gonna get a $25 million one and I think that's what he's holding out for and I think that's what the issue is. And he's pricing himself out of everything....As Chael [Sonnen] said, the clock is ticking and it will run out, and the prime does not last forever. The star power unfortunately will eventually fade." [9:40 - 10:11]

It remains to be seen where Ngannou will fight next, but a fight against Jon Jones could be the biggest fight available at the moment.

Francis Ngannou's coach describes how Israel Adesanya should approach his rematch with Alex Pereira

Israel Adesanya vs. Alex Pereira has turned into one of the most unique rivalries in combat sports and Francis Ngannou's coach recently weighed in on how the former middleweight champion should approach the rematch.

The longtime rivals have competed twice in kickboxing and will compete against each other in MMA for the second time this Saturday at UFC 287. 'Poatan' has won every fight even when it looked as though 'Izzy' was closing in on a win.

While speaking with UFC.com, 'The Predator's coach, Eric Nicksick broke down the fight and mentioned that Adesanya should be more confident with his striking, saying:

"Utilize your level change a little more in this fight, because he did show his hand in the first fight and they're going to assume you're going to come out and wrestle, so use that feint level change to start setting up some of the shots with your hands."
