It appears as though tensions continue to flare as Eddie Hearn recently slammed Teofimo Lopez for comments he made toward him.

The beef stems from Lopez's split decision loss to George Kambosos Jr., with the welterweight boxer calling the promoter a fluke and a liar. While speaking to Boxing Social, Hearn responded by first complimenting his boxing ability. However, he put him on blast for the comments he continues to make. He said:

"All of this beef with me is because he lost to George Kambosos [Jr.] and he feels that...Like, it was my fault that he didn't get the decision. Because as you remember he quote after, 'If this was a Top Rank show, I would have won that fight.'...By the way, what a fighter, what an entertainer. I think he's fu**ing completely deluded and I think he's on another planet."

Lopez has since successfully bounced back from his loss to Kambosos Jr. as he is currently riding a three-fight winning streak that includes wins over Pedro Campa, Sandor Martin, and Josh Taylor, which saw him retain his light welterweight titles. Whether he will clear the air and make amends with Hearn remains to be seen. However, it doesn't appear as though it will be happening anytime soon.

Francis Ngannou responds to Eddie Hearn calling him an easy fight for Anthony Joshua

Francis Ngannou recently weighed in on Eddie Hearn's comments regarding his upcoming boxing bout against his heavyweight Anthony Joshua.

The heavyweight knockout artists are scheduled to clash in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Mar. 8th as the former UFC heavyweight champion will look to build off the impressive performance he had against Tyson Fury this past October. During his appearance on The MMA Hour, 'The Predator' shared his thoughts on Hearn calling him an easy fight and mentioned that he intends to test 'AJ's chin. He said:

"Eddie [Hearn] is a promoter, so that's like a routine for him...I mean, it's just like he said the same thing all the time just not about Francis Ngannou but about somebody else, that's what he does...I heard that he [Anthony Joshua] doesn't have a chin. I'm going to find out."
