The Green Bay Packers are in poor form and Aaron Rodgers has taken some of the responsibility. Sitting at 3-6 with their playoff hopes hanging by a thread, Green Bay face the Dallas Cowboys at Lambeau Field on Sunday in what is a must-win game.

The Packers are on a five-game losing streak and it shows no signs of getting any better. Rodgers appeared on The Pat McAfee Show in his usual Tuesday spot and said that their recent form is disappointing. But he and his team aren't throwing in the towel.

Rodgers said:

"Well obviously disappointing. It's been a rough stretch since London. Lost five in a row. You know, similar patterns, and most of those games just not have four quarters of execution."

Rodgers added:

"We still had a chance to find a way to win. I came in and didn't, so disappointed on many levels, but there's never any concession, never any given up. Definitely not from me, definitely not from so many of the guys that we go to battle with."

If the Packers want a tougher game to get their season back on track, they will be hard-pressed to find one. The Dallas Cowboys are flying in 2022 and their defense is as legit as they come.

Green Bay has only given up 18 sacks so far this season, but the Cowboys have been sacking quarterbacks for fun.

The other tough thing that the Packers will have a hard time doing is scoring. They only average 17.1 points per game (ranks 27th) while the Cowboys only allow 16.6 points per game (third best in the NFL). Meanwhile, the Dallas offense averages 22 points a game.

With injuries starting to really take a toll on this Green Bay outfit, the task of mounting a playoff run isn't becoming any easier as the season progresses.

For the first time in his career, the Packers quarterback will be facing a team at home as the underdog. Who would have thought as much at the start of the season?
