LONDON (AFP) –

England’s scrum half Danny Care (right) dives over to score a try against Wales during the RBS Six Nations International rugby union match at Twickenham stadium, southwest of London in 2010. England stars Ugo Monye and Care have recovered from injury in time to start for Harlequins in the Premiership final against Leicester on Saturday.

England stars Ugo Monye and Danny Care have recovered from injury in time to start for Harlequins in the Premiership final against Leicester on Saturday.

Monye, back from several weeks out with a torn hamstring, and Care, who had been struggling with a shoulder problem, were both declared fit on Friday to feature in their club’s first Premiership final appearance at Twickenham after missing the semi-final victory over Northampton two weeks ago.

Care will partner Nick Evans, this season’s players’ player of the year, at half-back, while Monye forges the back-three combination alongside Tom Williams and Mike Brown.

Meanwhile, promising teenager George Ford will fill at fly-half for Leicester.

The 19-year-old played a key part in Tigers’ semi-final victory over Saracens after being called up as replacement for ankle injury victim Toby Flood, who is only fit enough to make the bench for the final.

Leicester show a solitary change from the team that beat Saracens, with fit-again flanker Julian Salvi returning to the back-row alongside Steve Mafi and Thomas Waldrom.
