The inaugural edition of Nellore 5K Run will make its debut on 11th October 2015. The event is designed and developed to promote running as the primary form of fitness along with the objective to celebrate the spirit of Nellore.
The theme for this year 5K Run is Go Green Nellore.The event is expected to see participation from celebrities, Politicians and people from all walks of life who will come forward to support the cause of fitness and healthy lifestyle.
The runners will be doing various forms of exercises, to prepare and tone up their muscles before the start of Nellore 5K Run under the guidance of the expert coaches. The Nellore 5K Run is a first of its kind timed 5K run with more than 2000 participants. The participants will receive a RFID chip to measure individual time.
