Glasgow 2014 will be champion shooter Abhinav Bindra's last Commonwealth Games

Glasgow, July 24 (IANS): India's only individual Olympic champion Abhinav Bindra has said the 2014 Glasgow would be his last Commonwealth Games.

Bindra made the announced via microblogging site Twitter, where he expressed his satisfaction at having completed a successful journey at the Games.

The ace shooter gave India its first Olympic gold medal in Beijing, in the 10m air rifle event. He has won eight Commonwealth Games medals, and is among the frontrunners to add more medals to that haul in the 2014 edition.
