“The Rock” Dwayne Johnson will be returning to cable television in the summer of 2013 with his own show, “The Hero”. TNT announced Wednesday they picked up the new series and ordered eight episodes.
Rock will host Hero, which is described as a “new reality-competition series that will set out to find the next great hero.” Rock is also listed as executive producer along with his ex-wife/business partner, Dany Garcia.
