WWE News:Triple H reveals plans for Cruiserweight division on RAW and NXT

Triple H says that there are a lot of Cruisers to be involved in Raw

Triple H is staying off television since Wrestlemania and there is no definitive word on when the executive vice president of the company will return. However, his pre- conference call on Wednesday ahead of the NXT takeover makes it very clear that, as of now, he is focused on work behind the scenes and with NXT.

Triple H said that there are a lot of cruiserweights to be involved in Raw, though it's a three-hour format and needs more content “ RAW being a three-hour show and needing more content and more talent, I believe that Monday Night RAW is the place for them.

He continued by saying “I think you’re going to see that not just from a work stand point, because in that sense it’s a lot of the same. I don’t mean the same because obviously it’s different people and different styles but the work rate is the same if not better with some guys.

I think you’ll see the presentation being different. It’s all about creating something different for RAW given the three-hour format. As far as who we are bringing in, yes, we are signing a lot of Cruiserweights now”.

Triple H also said that he is not interested in promoting everybody in the three-hour show “I don’t need to have every single Cruiserweight right now. I just need to have a decent amount. They will be working NXT.

They will be working NXT Live events and they will also be working RAW as Cruiserweights. The opportunity is there to do both and I want these guys to be able to work.

The 14-time World Champion was asked by the Spain Journalist, whether NXT would be looking to tour the country anytime soon in the near future, He replied that NXT is open to touring anywhere and will officially announce a tour of Australia sometime this weekend.

He sees NXT as its own global brand now and thinks that people around the world would come to NXT now if WWE wasn’t being offered.

There are rumours circulating within WWE that Triple H will be facing Shane Mcmahon, anytime in the near future, and the loser will leave the WWE. But this lengthy pre-conference talk from the former World Champion clearly indicates that there are no signs of him returning to action anytime soon.
