Twitch streamer Kalei has responded after getting kicked out of FaZe Clan. For those unaware, on April 27, 2024, the esports organization laid off several content creators as a part of their restructuring process, spearheaded by their new CEO, Richard "FaZe Banks."

During a livestream on the same day, Kalei announced she was one of the members who got kicked from FaZe Clan.

The 24-year-old got emotional and burst into tears while discussing the situation. Stating that the Los Angeles-based company treated its members like they were "stupid," Kalei claimed she was aware of the circumstances a year ago.

She elaborated:

"This has been, like, a year in the making. It's so amazing how I already knew all this a year ago and when I told them, they were, 'How do you know?' Are you kidding me? I'm not f**king stupid! They treated (us) like we were f**king stupid."

The content creator expressed her dismay with how the situation was handled, remarking:

"But, the way that was handled, nobody deserved that. Nobody deserved that. 12 hours before. Everything! That's not fair. The way that it was handled and everybody got ignored."

"I didn't even get paid to stay there" - Twitch streamer Kalei addresses community after getting kicked from FaZe Clan

During a livestream on April 27, 2024, Kalei addressed the community after learning she was no longer affiliated with FaZe Clan. While claiming to be "one of the only" members who could "pull millions of impressions," the Call of Duty Warzone personality stated:

"Yeah, I'm being serious. I got kicked. One of the only members that can pull millions of impressions a week. Top streamer for Warzone... and still had so much love and passion for a team that I didn't even get paid to stay there. I stayed because I loved it."

A few moments later, Kalei's attention was drawn to a Twitch chatter, who wrote:

"'No crypto content, no FaZe for you.' Yeah."

The streamer then became emotional, stating that she had been assured that FaZe Clan would not kick her out:

"I got told... I literally got told by everyone that me and Scope are going to be this... we're going to be the people to stay. And, it's just Scope now. And, I'm not, like, really emotional. I don't think I've ever really cried on stream."

FaZe Banks has also addressed the community via a tweet on April 27, 2024. The new FaZe Clan CEO called those who were kicked out "random little clout-chasing rats," and wrote, "f**k 'em all."
