What is Brandon Miller's vertical?

Brandon Miller was the second overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, and was one of the best 3-point shooters of his class. This has translated into the NBA as he is shooting 42.1% from beyond the arc in his first four games.

Miller can also rebound the basketball at a great clip as we saw him doing so when he was basketball for Alabama. His length is another thing to talk about as he is a 6 '9 small forward and is towering over defenders most nights on the floor.

Playing in the NBA, Miller has looked like he is a superstar in the making and is just getting started. His efficiency is through the roof when it comes to his three-point shooting and has already impacted the way Hornets play basketball.

While being a slim forward helps, he can use more size and muscle in the future as he weighs only 91 kgs which is relatively less. He is however a little stagnant on defense and can sometimes be a little lost. His defensive intensity needs a lot of work if he wants to be one of the best two-way players in the league.

It is only right for Miller to develop into a two-way player as he previously stated that Paul George is his favorite player.

Brandon Miller’s vertical is listed at 34.5 inches which is above the average for a forward in the NBA. He has already posterized a Washington Wizards player, Daniel Gafford. While it was an offensive foul, we saw what he could do if he takes flight.

However, Miller is more of a smooth forward than an explosive one. He has the size, the ball-handling skills, the passing game, the 3-point shot, all in his arsenal. When you watch him play, it almost looks like a baby Paul George. However, finishing down the paint is something he needs to work on, as his build is not helping him much, when it comes to finishing inside the paint.
