On Friday, February 16, the 2024 NBA All-Star weekend initiates with the Panini Rising Stars Practice, providing a sneak peek into the emerging talent in the NBA. Subsequently, the entertaining Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game takes place at Lucas Oil Stadium, showcasing a blend of celebrities and basketball legends. The night concludes with the Panini Rising Stars event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where the brightest young talents, i.e. rookies, sophomores and select G-League players will participate in a four-way competition.
