Nikola Jokić is a Serbian professional basketball player, born on February 19, 1995, in Sombor, Serbia, FR Yugoslavia. As of November 2024, he plays for the Denver Nuggets, having been selected by the team as the 41st overall pick in the second round of the 2014 NBA Draft. Jokic previously played for Košarkaški klub Mega Basket, also known as Mega Basket, in the Basketball League of Serbia and the Adriatic League. He officially signed a four-year contract with the Mega Basket in February 2013. Jokic averaged 11.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game over 25 games while playing in the Adriatic League. He averaged 10.9 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game in 13 games in the Serbian League while playing for the Mega Basket.
