Ronald Dewayne Holland II, aka Ron Holland, is a basketball power forward for the Denver Pistons. He was drafted as the 5th pick in the first round of the 2024 NBA Draft by the Pistons. He signed an NBA G League Ignite contract in June 2023. In January 2024, while playing against the Iowa Wolves, he tore a tendon in his right thumb, requiring surgery to end his season. In 29 games played, he averaged 18.5 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.1 steals per game. Following his draft selection, he made his NBA debut on October 23, 2024, scoring six points in a 115-109 loss to the Indiana Pacers.

Holland attended Duncanville High School, where he finished with over 1,500 points and 900 rebounds throughout his four seasons. In his senior year, he was selected to play in the 2023 McDonald's All-American Boys Game and the Nike Hoops Summit for Team USA. He graduated as a five-star recruit and committed to the Texas Longhorns, over offers from Kansas, Memphis, Oregon and UCLA, among others. However, in January 2023, with the dismissal of Texas head coach Chris Beard, he first renewed his commitment. Later, though, in April, he asked to be released from his National Letter of Intent (NLI). He declared shortly after his NLI release that he would play professionally with NBA G League Ignite instead of attending college.
