Born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, U.S. Watson is currently on a two-way contract where he plays and shares minutes between the Knicks as well as their G league affiliate, Westchester Knicks. Watson started his professional basketball journey at Gonzaga University. At the University, Watson played for four years and played 15 games for the team during a freshman season before he was benched due to a shoulder injury.
