Kon Knueppel is an American college basketball player representing the Duke Blue Devils as a guard/forward in the Atlantic Coast Conference of the NCAA Division I. During his freshman season in 2024-25, Knueppel was named in the Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year Top 20 Preseason Watch List. He led the team in scoring in his first two games at Duke. The Milwaukee, Wisconsin native scored 22 points, adding 15 in the first half against Maine and 15 versus Army West Point.

Knueppel won the ACC Tournament MVP after registering 21.0 points, 5.7 rebounds with 4.7 assists on average in the season. Additionally, his name was listed on the East Region All-Region Team after averaging 20.5 points, including 4.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists per contest during the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight in the season.
