Jonah M. Savaiinaea is an offensive lineman and was a junior during the 2024 season for the Arizona Wildcats. He is a native of Tafuna, American Samoa, and began his football career at Saint Louis School in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a three-star recruit and chose Arizona over offers from schools like Arizona State, UCF, Hawaii, Syracuse, San Diego State, and UNLV.

In 2022, as a freshman, he started all 12 games at right guard. He made the FWAA Freshman All-American team and got All-Pac-12 honorable mention. In 2023, he moved to right tackle but also played guard during the season. He started all 13 games and again earned All-Pac-12 honorable mention.

During the 2024 season, Jonah Savaiinaea played in 11 of 12 games, leading the team with 75.9 grade in 738 snaps by PFF. He allowed only four sacks, two quarterback hits, and 10 hurries. His 82.7 pass-blocking grade ranked fourth on the team, and his 64.2 run-blocking grade was second-best. Savaiinaeaaea's steady play secured him All-Big 12 Honorable Mention and Big 12 Fall Academic Honor Roll accolades. He was announced on December 9, 2024, for the 2025 NFL Draft.
