That was all from us for today folks! Hope you enjoyed the day's play. 5 more games tomorrow and pretty sure they'll be interesting as well. Thank you for joining us. Vasudev and Bala, signing off.
So a one sided game to end the today's of ECS. Minhaj bossed this game from the start. They're in a good form and are scary for all their opponents. Skyways on the other hand will hope to comeback stronger.
Humongous win for Minhaj. They've won by a big margin of 58 runs. Excellent display of skill by the entire team, batting, bowling, amd the fielding as well. It was Asjad Butt with the bat, having scored 70 runs off just 30 balls and ensuring his teaman unbeatable total. Zaka Ullah starred with the ball and he was the man to drill the first 2 nails in Skyway's coffin by uprooting stumps of both the openers in 2 successive balls. Both of them seemed to be hitting good in the first 2 overs but were baffled by Ullah, who then went on to take 4 wickets. Except the skipper Amar Shahzad, pretty much every bowler had an economy of under  or near 7. Skyways were poor in all three departments. They gave away a lot of extras, misfielded and dropped catches. Couldn'tv get going with the bat, swing and miss would be the most apt way to describe their batting. Babar Ali was their highest scorer with 27 runs to his account including one well connected six. Skyways need to learn a feww too many things from this game, most important being discipline in their bowling department.
