Bantamweight superstar Fabricio Andrade is excited to compete in a ring again at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video in the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.

'Wonder Boy' hasn't fought in a ring since his ONE Championship debut in 2020, but he'll be doing it once again in his upcoming world title bout.

The 25-year-old is on a quest to become a champion, but John Lineker stands in his way. Luckily, the pair will officially settle the score—and Andrade tells SCMP MMA that he's looking forward to competing in a ring again. He stated:

"My debut was in Bangkok against Mark [Abelardo]. And I finished him, submitted him. So I have good memories. I was in the ring as well. And we just got a notice that we're also going to be fighting the ring. So Lineker and I are going to be in the ring."

Fabricio Andrade has been on a tear since joining ONE, picking up four finishes in his five victories, three of which came via TKO in the opening round.

Fabricio Andrade says he thrives under the pressure

It's clear that the top contender has all of the makings to become a star, which is evident in the way he carries himself in and out of the cage. Andrade spoke about how he handles pressure in an interview with ONE, saying:

"I like this pressure, it gives me more motivation to keep training and look for results. What I like to do to relax is all about fighting ... But I'm enjoying the pressure this fight is bringing. It's a big fight, everyone is waiting for it."

Andrade rose to the occasion in his first world title fight, besting Lineker on the feet for the majority of the contest. Training at Tiger Muay Thai is doing wonders for 'Wonder Boy' as he keeps proving to be one of the most electric strikers on earth.

Be sure to tune in to ONE Fight Night 7 on February 24 to watch the anticipated rematch between Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker for the vacant bantamweight world title, live from the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
