The Commanders selected him with the 98th overall pick in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. That same year, he signed a four-year rookie contract with the team worth $5.04 million. Before entering the NFL, Robinson played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide, representing the University of Alabama from 2017 to 2021.
