Cedarian DeLeon "CeeDee" Lamb is a professional football wide receiver currently on the Dallas Cowboys roster of the National Football League.


Born April 8, 1999, in Opelousas, Louisiana, Lam attended Opelousas Catholic High School where he was voted the No. 1 wide receiver in the country by 247Sports, ESPN, and Rivals. Lamb went on to play for the University of Oklahoma where he stellar baseball career, being named the the Big 12 Offensive Freshman of the Year in 2017 and the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year in 2019.


Drafted by the Cowboys with the 17th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Lamb is an exciting and high-rated young wide receiver in the league. Lamb has two Pro Bowl honors to his name already.

CeeDee Lamb attended the University of Oklahoma where he represented the Sooners from 2017 to 2019.


Lamb received All-American honors from ESPN in his freshman year. In a game against Texas Tech, he set a freshman single-game record with nine receptions for 147 yards. As a sophomore in 2018, he established a career-high with 167 receiving yards on six receptions and scored one touchdown in the Big 12 Championship. Lamb also recorded a career-high eight receptions for 109 yards and one touchdown in the College Football Playoff semifinal at the 2018 Orange Bowl against the table toppers Alabama Crimson Tide.


In both his first two years, Lamb's starting quarterback would go on to win the Heisman Trophy.


Lamb was named a first-team All-American in his junior year in 2019. He caught 62 passes for 1,327 yards and had 14 touchdowns for the season. His 21.4 yards average per reception, was the highest ever in a single season by an OU player with at least 50 receptions. His brilliance on the field also won him the Most Outstanding Player of the Big 12 Championship.

Lamb was the recipient of All-State honors and was voted the Houston Chronicle's All-Greater Houston Football Offensive Player of the Year.
