Carolina Panthers cornerback Jaycee Carrington Horn was born on November 26, 1999, in Alpharetta, Georgia. He comes from the line of football as his father (Joe Horn) was a wide receiver in the NFL in the 90s. Horn was a first-round pick (8th overall) in the 2021 NFL Draft. Horn has had his share of bench time because of injuries. He fractured his foot during his rookie year after making three consecutive starts for the Panthers.
