Joe Huber is a former collegiate football offensive lineman from the University of Wisconsin. He previously played at the University of Cincinnati. He was one of 329 prospects invited to the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine. At the Combine, he ran a 5.2-second 40-yard dash, recorded a 28-inch vertical jump, and clocked in a 1.8-second 10-yard split. With a prospect grade of 6.14, he is projected as a good backup with the potential to develop into a starter at the next level. His Next Gen Stats score of 64 falls into the "average" category. Huber signed with the Cincinnati Bearcats football program in 2020 and remained there for three years before transferring to the Wisconsin Badgers, where he played in two seasons. He played 20 games with the Bearcats. After redshirting in 2020, he appeared in seven games during the 2021 season. In 2022, he started 12 games at right tackle and earned honorable mention All-AAC honors. After transferring to Wisconsin, Huber started all 13 games at left guard in 2023. He played 825 snaps, graded 76.2 on pass-blocking by Pro Football Focus (PFF), and was ranked 14th among Big Ten linemen. He did not allow a sack on 475 pass-blocking snaps, as mentioned on his Badgers roster. In 2024, he started all 12 games at right guard. He gave up just nine pressures and two sacks on 384 pass-blocking snaps, as per Sports Reference.
