John William Harbaugh is a professional American football coach who has guided teams like the Philadelphia Eagles and the Western Michigan Broncos football team. He is the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens and is regarded as one of the best coaches in the entire NFL. His professional career as a coach has been very successful; he started his coaching career in 1984 when he served as the graduate assistant for the Western Michigan Broncos football team. As the years went by Harbaugh only kept growing his coaching skills and in 1998, he entered the NFL and joined the Philadelphia Eagles as their special teams coach.

In 2005, he was promoted by the Eagles as their assistant head coach, and in 2007, he was their defensive backs coach. John Harbaugh served the Philadelphia Eagles for nine years but was never offered a permanent head coach position and due to that he signed with Baltimore Ravens in 2008. Harbaugh has led the Ravens to multiple playoff games and also led them to victory in Super Bowl XLVII. In 2022, Harbaugh signed a contract extension with the Ravens and is still leading the team as of January 2025.
