Smith was drafted by the Tennessee Titans with the 100th pick in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft. Smith recorded 18 receptions for 157 yards and two touchdowns during his rookie season. During the 2018 season, Smith sustained a season-ending MCL injury but finished the season with three touchdowns and 20 receptions for 258 yards.
