"That's bad for the game, he should be suspended" - NFL fans troll Jalen Ramsey for ugly Pro Bowl tackle on Tyreek Hill

Jalen Ramsey and Tyreek Hill's rivalry remains live. The 2023 Pro Bowl flag football game is underway and, at the very least, is a funnier game than previous editions.

The change in format made for more flashy and fun plays and some interesting live interviews. The change in dynamic for a flag football game also gives back fun to the sport.

However, that doesn't mean that the Pro Bowl hasn't seen any tackles. Just ask Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who was bumped by Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey on his way to a touchdown. Remember, the point of flag football is, literally, not to have tackles.

NFL fans were not impressed with Ramsey's tackle.

Fans have a fair point when they say it's been the hardest hit in the Pro Bowl for a long time. Everyone was losing interest in the game, and ultimately, viewership went down every year.

The NFL can lose anything, except for one thing: money. As soon as they understood that the old format wasn't working anymore, they decided to act and change the format to improve viewership. The Pro Bowl was clearly the worst All-Star game of all the major leagues.

Hits like this one from Sean Taylor back in 2006 are impossible to forget because they simply don't happen at the Pro Bowl anymore.

Will Jalen Ramsey be traded from the Rams?

Los Angeles needs to do something about the salary cap and trading the cornerback for a first-round pick would be a nice way to do it, clearing his salary from the payroll while also adding a future superstar to the roster.

A trade would clear $6 million in 2023 — and much more in 2024, when the Rams are also cash-strapped.

We previously discussed possible options for this trade and the New England Patriots were the perfect destination. A new lockdown corner would allow Bill Belichick to employ his hybrid defense once again, as Jalen Ramsey can play both zone coverage and man-to-man near perfection.

Since the cornerback failed to fit Raheem Morris' defensive scheme in 2022, he might be looking for greener pastures where he could maybe sign another huge contract. The Patriots have enough money to do so.
