Marvin Darnell Harrison Jr. is an American football wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals as of the 2024 NFL season. The Cardinals selected him with the fourth overall pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. According to Spotrac, he signed a fully guaranteed four-year rookie contract with the team, valued at $35.3 million in 2024. Harrison made his NFL debut against the Buffalo Bills. In Week 6, during a game against the Green Bay Packers, he suffered a concussion and left in the first half. As of Week 6 in the 2024 NFL season, he has recorded 17 receptions, 279 receiving yards, and 4 receiving touchdowns.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, comes from an athletic family background and is the son of Pro Football Hall of Fame wide receiver Marvin Harrison Sr. He honed his football skills at St. Joseph's Preparatory School during his formative years. Following a stellar high school career there, Harrison committed to playing college football at Ohio State University.

Marvin Darnell Harrison Jr. committed to playing college football at Ohio State University. His football journey began with the Ohio State Buckeyes in January 2021. As a freshman in 2021, he appeared in 13 games, recording 11 receptions for 139 receiving yards and three touchdowns, according to Sports Reference. In his sophomore season, Harrison truly stood out, excelling as the Buckeyes' top receiver with 77 receptions for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns. His promising performances solidified his unanimous All-American status and the Richter–Howard Receiver of the Year honor in 2022.

In 2023, he secured the Fred Biletnikoff Award as the most outstanding wide receiver in college football. He concluded his collegiate career with 150 receptions for 2,495 receiving yards and 31 touchdowns.
