Will Howard is a quarterback and played the 2024 season as a graduate Student for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Will Howard began his college career at Kansas City. He played football for Kansas State from 2020 to 2023. He is the school record holder for career passing touchdowns with 48. Howard was a backup quarterback to starting quarterback Skylar Thompson. However, after Thompson was injured, Howard started the final seven games. Throughout his career at Kansas State, he played in 34 games and started 28, leading the Wildcats to the Big 12 championship in 2022.

He attended Downingtown West High School, where he was named Pennsylvania Player of the Year after passing for 2,543 yards and 27 touchdowns as a senior. Talking about his high school career, the Buckeyes player concluded with 5,308 passing yards and 48 touchdown passes. In addition to this, he rushed for 512 yards and had 21 touchdowns. Following Will’s junior season, he decided to enter the transfer portal in November 2023. During the 2024 season, he started in all 16 games for the Buckeyes and helped the team win 14 games, which was a program record. He guided his team to the CFP National Championship and set a single season and career completion percentage record with 71.4% successful passes.
