
William Donovan Levis is an American football quarterback for the Tennessee Titans in the NFL. The Titans selected Levis as the 33rd pick in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft. In October 2023, he made his debut and first start in a 28–23 victory over the Atlanta Falcons, concluding with 238 passing yards and four touchdowns. Levis finished his rookie season with 8 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. As of the 2024 NFL season, Levis has played four games and recorded four passing touchdowns and six interceptions.
Levis started his collegiate career with the Pennsylvania State University in 2018.
He attended Penn State for his first three years and recorded three touchdowns and two interceptions, before playing two seasons at Kentucky. Levis started 11 games at quarterback as a senior in 2022, finishing fourth in the SEC in pass efficiency. Levis attended Xavier High School, where he began his football career. Levis served as captain in his senior year in 2017 and broke Xavier’s records for throwing yards (2,793), passing touchdowns (27) and completions in a season to receive second-team Walter Camp All-Connecticut honours.
