Finn Balor takes on the re-debuting Bray Wyatt this weekend at SummerSlam since The Fiend has seemingly left his mark on the first-ever Universal Champion over the past few weeks.

Bray Wyatt hasn't wrestled a match on WWE TV since last summer when he was one half of the Raw Tag Team Champions alongside Matt Hardy, but in recent months, he has returned to WWE TV as part of The Firefly Fun House and become one of the most interesting parts of the show.

Interestingly, Wyatt has focused his attention on WWE legends in recent weeks rather than on his match against Balor in Toronto this weekend, which could be a hint to what Wyatt could be doing on WWE TV following his match against the former NXT Champion.

#5 Finn Balor defeats The Fiend

Finn Balor isn't expected to bring The Demon to SummerSlam this weekend, even though it was only three years ago that The Demon King was able to defeat Seth Rollins to become the first-ever Universal Champion.

Balor has already been able to defeat Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam as The Demon, since the two men had a number of issues a few years ago and were later scheduled to face off in a match where The Demon took on Sister Abigail at TLC, but viral meningitis forced Wyatt on the sidelines and AJ Styles took his place.

Balor has climbed through the ranks over the past few years but The Fiend is the closest he has come to face The Demon, so this could be a huge test for the former Champion. Balor definitely has the history when it comes to defeating Wyatt, so he has to be considered a favorite heading into this weekend's event.

#4 The Fiend gets off to a successful start

The Fiend has only been seen a handful of times live on WWE TV and even then he has only delivered a handful of moves, which means that many of the WWE Universe are unaware of what this new face of Bray Wyatt could be bringing to the show.

The Fiend has been pushed into a fantastic position on WWE TV through the Firefly Funhouse, which is why it's more likely that he will walk out on top ahead of Balor this weekend. Balor isn't bringing The Demon, which means that he won't have the usual power that comes with his painted alternative personality.

Wyatt hasn't wrestled on WWE TV in over a year, which means that he needs to pick up the win here and get this new character off to a good start.

#3 Interference Kurt Angle/Mick Foley

It's been a strange few weeks on WWE TV with many legends popping up because of The Raw Reunion and then the likes of Goldberg and Trish Stratus opting to return to WWE to wrestle at SummerSlam.

One man who has taken advantage of all of the returning legends is The Fiend since he has attacked both Mick Foley and Kurt Angle with The Mandible Claw in recent weeks. It is unknown as to why he has targeted these legends, but if he's able to get past Finn Balor this weekend, then he needs a storyline moving forward.

Whilst it's unlikely since Angle has retired from the ring and Foley is yet to be cleared, interference from either one of these men or even just their music playing as a distraction would easily continue the current story.

#2 Bray Wyatt writes Finn Balor off WWE TV

Finn Balor has been ill in recent weeks, which is why he was unable to cash in his rematch against Shinsuke Nakamura at SmackVille, but reports heading into SummerSlam suggest that Balor won't be seen on WWE TV for a while after the show since he's requested some time off.

Balor is one of the company's hardest working athletes and it's expected that he would need some time to recover from a recent leg injury, which is why it's likely that Bray Wyatt will come out on top in Canada and then could continue to attack Balor following the bell to ensure that he's written off WWE TV.

This would also give The Fiend the time to show off his new character and get over the difference between his new personality and the one that is currently held by Finn Balor's Demon.

#1 Kane return?

Will Kane return for The Fiend at SummerSlam?

Reports surfaced earlier this week that former World Champion and current Mayor of Knox County Kane could be looking to make his return to the ring in the coming months so that he can once again be part of Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia in October.

Kane will reportedly be part of two live events later this month, which means that he is in a place where he's ready to return to the ring and the interesting point here is that this weekend is just six years since Wyatt debuted against Kane at SummerSlam back in 2013.

Wyatt was successful in the Ring of Fire match against Kane and now The Devil's Favourite Demon could be the one who picks a fight with Wyatt after his recent disrespect of WWE legends and this could then lead to a match between the two stars in Saudi Arabia. It could even be turned into a mask vs mask competition since Kane has to be looking to hang up his mask for good soon.
