WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson is one of the closest people to The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes. The WCW veteran recently explained what differentiates Rhodes from the other competitors.

During his time in AEW, Cody Rhodes was managed by Arn Anderson who would accompany The American Nightmare to his matches. Anderson was also a part of The Nightmare Factory and helped train young stars. However, after Cody Rhodes left AEW to make his shocking WWE return in 2022, Arn has barely appeared on TV in the Jacksonville-based promotion.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter, Arn Anderson called Cody Rhodes a good wrestler with a great mentality. The veteran also claimed that Rhodes' lineage is second to none.

"He's not the biggest. He's not the quickest. He's not a brawler, he's just a good solid wrestler with a great mentality, work rate, and work ethic and he has a lineage that's second to none." [4:57-5:20]

Arn Anderson believes Dusty Rhodes put the Jim Crockett promotions on the map

Arn Anderson is from the same era as the American Dream Dusty Rhodes. The veteran recently shared his thoughts on Dusty and his contributions to professional wrestling. Speaking in an exclusive chat with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter, The Enforcer spoke about how Dusty Rhodes does not get enough credit for utilizing talented stars in the Crockett crew from 1985 to 1988.

"People have come to talk to me all the time and they go, 'Arn, I think you're one of the most underrated guys of all time.' Well, I don't think Dusty Rhodes gets enough credit for commandeering that Crockett crew from '85 to '88 and telling stories and utilizing that incredible group of talent, The Rock n Roll Express, The Midnight Express, Four Horseman, Road Warriors, I mean the list of talent that we had was incredible and we went on a wild run for three years and could never be topped." Dusty Rhodes was also one of the visionaries behind WWE's developmental brand, NXT. The veteran worked side by side with Triple H to make the brand successful and unique from RAW and SmackDown.
