The Boruto manga series packed in a ton of action over the past few chapters. The manga is heading in an exciting direction by shifting its focus on characters that were sidelined at first. The character that everybody seems to be talking about is none other than Himawari Uzumaki. She was never much involved in the manga's plot progression and didn't seem to have impressive powers.

There was one particular revelation in the latest chapter that involved Himawari. This led to plenty of chatter on social media platforms, leading to the creation of an interesting theory.

This article takes a look at that theory and understands how Naruto's daughter could potentially make her stronger than her father.

Disclaimer: This article contains massive spoilers from the Two Blue Vortex manga chapters.

Boruto: Himawari's new power boost could potentially be the result of an evolved Kurama

This might be the first time fans might get to see an evolved form of Kurama, a feat that even Naruto cannot boast about. However, this is a mere possibility formulated into a fan theory. To understand the most crucial aspect of Kurama's return and the potential ability to enter Baryon Mode, we need to understand more about this transformation.

Baryon Mode is similar to nuclear fusion where the user's and Kurama's chakra act like kernels. The fusion leads to the depletion of the individual chakra, ultimately leading to one of the entities getting drained until someone dies. However, fans have reason to believe that the resultant energy could potentially be the chakra of an evolved form of Kurama.

The fact that Tailed beasts always reincarnate once again after some years. Since this is a trend that has been mentioned in the original series, then we are bound to see a destroyed Tailed Beast come back once again. Since the Baryon Mode constantly dispersed energy, the resultant chakra could potentially create an evolved form of Kurama.

Since we have the chakra of an evolved form of Kurama, it still seems to be in a weaker state. This is an assumption made due to the size of the Tailed Beast, as there seems to be a correlation between the size of the Tailed Beast and its strength. There is a chance that the evolved Kurama could potentially be in his nascent stages, and with time, he could reach his true potential.

This theory can be further strengthened by the tale of the Kitsune in Japanese mythology. These are Yokais who become stronger over time and change the color of their fur to silver. This is a mark of an evolution. Taking a look at the anime series, there was an interesting detail in one of Kurama's dying moments. When he fist bumps Naruto for one last time, Kurana's fur changes color. The color changes to silver and Kurama slowly disintegrates.

These are some of the instances that support the Boruto fan theory that has been circulating on the internet. That said, we urge the fanbase to wait for the upcoming chapters to get some clarity on this matter.
