Guyana T10 Blast 2024: Top run-getters and wicket-takers after Demerara Pitbulls vs Demerara Hawks (Updated) ft. Quentin Sampson and Garfield Phillips

Berbice Pirahnas secured a 50-run win over Essequibo Jaguars in the 10th game of the Guyana T10 Blast 2024, while Demerara Pitbulls registered an eight-wicket win against Demerara Hawks in the 11th contest.

In the 10th clash, Berbice Pirahnas posted 143-5 in 10 overs. Quentin Sampson was the standout batter with 83* off 23, including three fours and 11 sixes. Ashmead Nedd scalped two wickets.

In response, Essequibo Jaguars managed only 93 in 9.4 overs. Kemol Savory was the top-scorer with 24 off 10. Veerasammy Permaul emerged as the top wicket-taker with three scalps.

In the 11th game, Demerara Hawks notched up 73-7. Opening batter Akshaya Persaud scored 46 off 27. Christopher Barnwell picked two important wickets.

In response, Demerara Pitbulls finished off the game in 6.4 overs with eight wickets in hand. Junior Sinclair (34 in 16) and Malcolm Hubbard (17* in 8) were the star batters in the chase.
