Manchester United are in a brilliant moment right now and they are playing some very good football. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has undoubtedly brought back the belief in the Manchester United ranks, but still, there are still problems that the Red Devils have to deal with if they are to mount a title challenge this season.

These problems were highlighted against PSG when the France club clearly looked a level above Manchester United and also without Neymar and Edinson Cavani. Manchester United clearly need a world-class centre back who can do just what Virgil Van Dijk has done at Liverpool, that is lead Manchester United's backline. Also, the right wing of Manchester United seems to be a problem as the Red Devils do not have a natural right winger.

Solskjaer has even tried Romelu Lukaku on the right wing when clearly he isn't suited to play there. In this article, we suggest some transfers that Manchester United should make in the summer to deal with these problems for next season.

So, without further ado, here are the 3 players that Manchester United should sign in the summer:

#3 Nicolas Pepe

Nicolas Pepe has been brilliant for Lille in the Ligue 1 this season. Pepe has a playing style much familiar to Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and Arjen Robben as he also loves to cut inside on his left foot from the right wing. The right winger is very quick, agile and has brilliant movement in the final third.

The 23-year-old is a kind of player who needs a striker to link up with him and in Marcus Rashford, he will find just the striker. Still pretty young, the forward can prove to be a long term solution for Manchester United on the right. The only concern with him is that Premier League has proved quite tough for players coming from Ligue 1, so it could prove to be a risk for Manchester United.

In terms of stats in the Ligue 1 this season, Pepe has scored 16 goals and gave eight assists. He has completed 63 dribbles and he has given a total of 26 crosses.

#2 Cengiz Under

Under is a skilled winger

Cengiz Under has been brilliant Roma this season. Under is a right winger by trade, but can play anywhere in the front line. He is a player who displays great skill on the ball and is as pacy as anyone gets. Just like Pepe, he has brilliant movement in the final third and he loves to make runs in behind the defence.

The 21-year-old has also created many goals for his teammates this season which makes him even more dangerous. The Turkish winger also can be a long term solution for Manchester United on the right. Just think about a front three of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Cengiz Under. That can be really scary for any defence up against them.

In terms of stats in the Serie A this season, Under has scored three goals and assisted five in the Serie A. He has completed 18 dribbles in the league and given a total of 17 crosses in all competitions.

#1 Kalidou Koulibaly

Kalidou Koulibaly has really come into his own this season for Napoli. The Senegalese defender is now considered by many to be one of the best centre backs in the world at the moment and undoubtedly he has played like one.

Koulibaly can do just what van Dijk has done at Liverpool, he could straight away fix Manchester United's backline and he may also improve the players who he is playing with. Koulibaly is brilliant on the ball and is a commanding presence at the back.

The Napoli defender is very calm and can keep possession in the trickiest of situations. Manchester United may not get him for cheap, but he definitely will be worth any money the Red Devils pay for him.

In terms of stats in the Serie A this season, Koulibaly has won 67 percent of his tackles and 56 percent of his duels. He posses a passing accuracy of 88 percent and has made 31 interceptions and 88 clearances.
