Alberto Del Rio asks Uruguay striker Luis Suarez to join WWE

WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio

In the wake of Luis Suarez’s biting incident at the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Brazil, WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio, in an interview with Digital Spy, has suggested the Uruguayan striker to join the WWE.

The Mexican Export, who will be contending for the WWE World Heavyweight titles at Money In The Bank PPV, has given a unique solution for the currently banned Liverpool forward who will be spending 4 months away from any footballing activities after he bit Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini in the Uruguay – Italy group game of the World Cup.

Del Rio said, "They always have rumours... he should be coming to WWE - and the bite can be his finisher!”

Del Rio, who has been a lifelong supporter of Real Madrid football club, has also given his thoughts on whether he should play for the Spanish outfit or not.

“To be honest I don't think we need him in Madrid. I know he's a fantastic player, but we don't need somebody as crazy as Luis Suarez," he added.

Of course with Suarez’s controversial background, he could make a great heel in the current roster. The 26-year-old has been involved in several misconducts in his playing career and his villainous character is something which the WWE creative could capitalise on.

With a finishing move already decided, all he needs is an appropriate entrance music and some training with the NXT roster.
