Cristiano Ronaldo - David de Gea swap on the cards?

Manchester United might not have to pay a whopping £122m for star striker Cristiano Ronaldo, but it looks like they have to consider paying £60m with David de Gea and possibly Nani to Real Madrid.

According to The Sun, Ronaldo has not shown interest in renewing his contract with Real and has also discussed his willingness to return to Old Trafford with his former team-mates.

There are also reports of the Portuguese making up a well-planned bluff to make President Florentino Perez pay more than £25m a year.

United might have to pay him £300k-a-week, a massive deal, but the Red Devils would be more keen on getting their superstar back.

Real might be able to pay around £500k, but Fergie knows how to work out the deal with the Spanish club.

The United boss has admitted that he is still in contact with the striker and will be happy to welcome his prodigal son back home.

PSG are also reportedly monitoring Ronaldo’s progress, but it doesn’t seem that he would neglect an offer from his favourite club for money.
