ISL 2017: Kerala Blasters' away kit leaked ahead of FC Goa game?

What's the story?

They may have already played three matches in ISL 2017, but the Kerala Blasters are yet to officially launch their away kit for the season. However, ahead of their away match against FC Goa on Saturday, the Blasters' away kit seems to have been leaked on the internet.

In case you didn't know

During the launch of the home kit, Kerala Blasters star CK Vineeth had said that they will be launching an away kit. Kerala Blasters had retained the yellow kit for this season also. The home kit is full yellow with blue lines on the sleeves and on the sides.

Admiral had retained the yellow as the home kit, but had announced that they would be launching an away kit for the 2017 season of Indian Super League.

The heart of the matter

Kerala Blasters had played their first three games at home and had worn the yellow kit when they played at Jawharlal Nehru Stadium, in Kochi. they will play their first away game of the season against FC Goa on 9th December.

According to sources, the Blasters are set to don their away kit for the first time, as they travel northwards up the west coast, to Goa. A picture of the Kerala Blasters' away kit from a photoshoot was leaked on social media, which gives us a hint of what the Kochi-based side will be donning in Goa.

The leaked pictures shows that the away kit is full black with yellow lines on the sleeves and the collar.

What's next?

The official launch of the away kit has not been organised as of yet, and it remains to be seen whether the away kit will be used without an official launch of the kit.

The original home kit of Kerala Blasters costs Rs 499. With the release of the away kit looking imminent, Kerala Blaster will hope that the fans will take a liking to the black version of the kit as well..
