Rumour: Manchester United trio may leave, Koke wants Atletico stay

FC Porto v Club Atletico de Madrid - UEFA Champions League

Things are not looking rosy for United at the moment. They have slipped yet again the Premier league and it looks like they may miss out on their top target in January.

Koke has been in brilliant form as he has helped Atletico stay close to Barcelona at the top of La Liga and it looks like he may want to stay in Spain for quite a while. Reports from Spain indicate that Koke wants to develop with Atletico and contribute to their title challenge and more.

His agent, Inaki Espizua said,”At 21 Koke feels he has yet to face many challenges with Atletico. Koke appreciates the interest shown by other clubs, but feels very valued by the club and wishes to accomplish many things with this shirt.”

Meanwhile, Old Trafford could be looking at a possible mass exodus of players in the January window. Claims from England indicate that United boss David Moyes is increasingly frustrated with Ashley Young and Anderson and is willing to send them out on loan or sell them off permanently in January. The duo have failed to live up to the hype built around them and a move seems likely as Moyes looks to reduce the wage bill.

Also, Alex Buttner could be deemed surplus to requirements if Moyes is able to capture Leighton Baines from Everton in the winter transfer window.
