Video: Cricket pundits troll Jose Mourinho, have 'nothing to say' on day's proceedings

Geoffrey Boycott, Michael Vaughan (R) and Phil Tufnell took a leaf out of Jose Mourinho’s (L) book in their analysis of the day’s play during the test match between Pakistan and England.

After Chelsea lost 3-1 to Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, Blues boss Jose Mourinho was left frustrated at the post-match interview. It was his side’s sixth defeat in 11 games in the Premier League – the worst start the defending champions have had to an EPL season.

The 52-year-old manager was asked a number of questions about the game and asked for his thoughts on may things including the result, his future, his players’ performances and Lucas’s foul which escaped a second booking. But to each question, all Mourinho said was, “I’ve got nothing to say.”

The Portuguese boss has been in trouble with the FA for criticizing refereeing decisions and so chose to stay mum on the result and everything that happened during the course of the match. Also, with Chelsea sitting in 15th place in the table, it was easy to see why Mourinho was flustered and decided not to share his thoughts with the media.

But that didn’t stop former England internationals and cricket pundits from taking a dig at the beleaguered Blues boss during the third Pakistan vs England test match at Sharjah. Geoffrey Boycott, Michael Vaughan and Phil Tufnell are all in the UAE covering the test series between the two sides.

And the trio were all asked a number of questions on the ongoing match. Boycott went first and when asked if England had plenty to be encouraged by, he said, "I've got nothing to say. For the first time ever, I’ve got nothing to say!"

Whether it was Moeen Ali’s bowling, England’s team selection, Samit Patel’s performance, encouraging signs for Pakistan, England’s batting strategy and whether the match would last the full five days – the response was the same each and every time.
