2023 Masters Friday tee times and TV schedule explored

An eventful Day 1 of the 2023 Masters came to an end on Thursday with Viktor Hovland, Jon Rahm and Brooks Koepka in the lead. The first round of the 2023 Masters at Augusta National Golf Club saw the three sit atop the leaderboard, just above the likes of Cameron Young and Jason Day.

The first major championship of the year got off to a great start with some strong rounds from players. While one of the event favorites Rahm found his way to the lead, defending champion Scottie Scheffler settled for a T6 finish on Day 1. While Cameron Smith sat on T17, Rory McIlroy found himself all the way back at T37.

Tiger Woods also struggled in the first round, settling for a tied 54th position after playing an opening-round 2-over 74. The prestigious tournament will resume on Friday at 7:30 am with Jose Maria Olazabal and Cameron Champ on the tee. It is pertinent to note that Friday’s start times have been adjusted to account for the weather conditions.
