Kim Kardashian's skincare routine is a few steps more involved than most people's. Her facialist, Toska Husted, recently gave US Magazine the details on the 42-year-old reality star's next-level routine--which just happens to be a few steps more than your average beauty routine.

Here's everything you need to know about Kim Kardashian's skincare regimen.

What is Kim Kardashian's Skincare Routine?

In a recent interview, Kim revealed that she has had psoriasis since the age of 25, and to avoid flare-ups, she takes great care of her skin. In addition to following her specially-curated skincare routines, she follows a healthy lifestyle and eats as many plant-based meals as possible.

In an interview with Byrdie, Kim shared her morning and nighttime routines. She said she relies on a nine-step skincare system that she created to be true to exactly what she uses.

One of the benefits of this line is that it can be customized to fit your skin type and needs. Kim prefers to use the Oil Drops during the day, as they're developed with a highly stable, active form of Vitamin C that evens out the complexion while giving the glow of a lifetime. She mixes a pump in with our Face Cream for a really radiant look.

"I use the Vitamin C8 Serum at night," Kardashian said.
"It's infused with 9% ethyl ascorbic acid, a water-soluble, stable vitamin C derivative known for its long-lasting results, and it's clinically proven to diminish the appearance of pigmentations, wrinkles and fine lines."

When asked about her skincare routine, the 42-year-old actress said, "I always make sure to cleanse my face before applying other products."

Kim Kardashian's skincare regret is not starting to use toners earlier in her 20s. She used to think that toner was just water on the face, but now she knows that it can have fruit enzymes and AHA's.

When asked what the best skincare advice she'd ever received was, Kim responded by saying that the most important step in her routine is the one she takes right after she gets out of the shower: moisturizing.

Kim also said that the best skincare routine is one you'll actually do every day--a reminder that simplicity is key when it comes to taking care of your skin.
