#1 Arsenal target Real\'s Khedira

Arsenal have reportedly revived their interest in Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira. The North London club had made enquiries about the German International in the January transfer window.

Former club skipper Cesc Fabregas remains Gunners’ first choice midfield option but the Spaniard will cost in excess of £30 million to prise away from the Camp Nou this summer. While Khedira, who has only one year left on his contract with the newly crowned Champions League winners, could leave the Spanish capital for around £15 million.

The 27-year-old is believed to be included in Carlo Ancelotti’s future plans at the club but could be bound to sell the midfielder if he fails to pen a new deal before the start of next season. Chelsea have also been linked with Khedira in recent weeks.

#2 Welbeck insists he may leave Man United

Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck has refused to rule out a move away from Old Trafford after being left frustrated to play out of position. The 23-year-old insists that he wants to play in a central attacking role after being picked to play on the left flank on several occasions last season.

The England International, who faces competition with Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez to play in the upfront role for the Red Devils, is reportedly a target for a host of Premier League clubs including Arsenal, Tottenham and Everton.

Welbeck said: “You want to play in a certain position and you’re not getting the opportunity to do that. It’s the same for everyone else when they are being played out of position and they don’t really like it.”

#3 Chelsea make PSG\'s Lavezzi enquiry

Chelsea have made enquiry for Paris Saint Germain attacker Ezequiel Lavezzi. The Ligue 1 champions are close to land Blues defender David Luiz for around 50 million and also targeting trio Eden Hazard, Oscar and goalkeeper Petr Cech.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is keen to make attacking reinforcements at Stamford Bridge this summer and reportedly wants the Argentine star to link upront with Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa, who is said to be bound with the Blues.

The Premier League giants will attempt to negotiate Lavezzi's transfer once the French outfit move for any of their prized assets this transfer window.

#4 Balotelli set for Premier League return

AC Milan star striker Mario Balotelli is reportedly set for a sensational return to the Premier League. The 23-year-old is keen to leave the Serie A this summer after being left frustrated of racism in Italy.

Arsenal and Liverpool are considered favorites to bring the controversial striker back to the English football. Arsenal are in talks with Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema and are expected to move for the former Manchester City star if a deal for the Frenchman fails to materialise.

While, Liverpool will bid for Balotelli if their star striker Luis Suarez is prised away to Real Madrid or Barcelona after the World Cup.

#5 Robben rules out Man United move

Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben has ruled out a summer switch to Manchester United. The 30-year-old is one of the few Bayern stars linked with a move to Old Trafford following the appointing of Netherlands World Cup coach Louis van Gaal.

"Manchester United? That's not an option. I am staying at Bayern Munich. And I cannot imagine that Bayern would want to sell me,” said Robben. The former Chelsea and Real Madrid winger signed a contract extension at Bayern in March to keep him at the club until 2017.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils have given up their chase to sign Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas. The 27-year-old Spaniard, who was subject of two failed bids from Man United last summer, is reportedly not included in van Gaal’s transfer plan this summer.
